| Indications: | In female: Anovulatory infertility superovulation for an assisted conception-technique. Corpus luteum insufficiency. Habitual abortion. Threatened abortion. In Male: Hypogonadotrophic hypogonadism Cryptorchidism Oligoasthenospermia and azoospermia. |
| Dosage: | Anovulatory infertility & superovulation : 10,000 i.u. Corpus luteum insufficiency: 5,000 i.u. i.m. on 5th day after ovulation repeated on 9th day. Habitual & threatened abortion: 10,000 i.u. followed by 5,000 i.u. twice weekly. |
| Male: | Hypogonadotrophic hypogonadism: 2,000 i.u. twice weekly. Cryptorchidism: 500-1,000 i.u. on alternate days. Oligo-asthenospermia & azoospermia. 500 i.u. every day or 2.500 i.u. every 5 days. |
