Hydroxyprogesterone Injection

Composition : 250mg/1ml, 500mg/2 ml
Indications : Threatened/or habitual abortion, uterine hypoplasia, infertility due to inadequate luteal phase.
Contraindications : Diabetes, hormone dependent hepatic tumours.
Adverse Effects : GI disturbances, weight gain oedema, urticaria, depression.
Drug Interactions:Increased CNS depression with alcohol, hypnotics & opioids. Incompatibility with benzyl penicillin, aminophylline, chloramphenicol.
Dosage :Habitual abortion 250-500 mg i.m weekly threated abortion 500 mg i.m 2-3 times a week.
Purity :Not less than 99%.
