Treatment of growth hormone deficiency:
Adult : Initially , 6mcg/kg body weight daily increased gradually according to patient response.
Child: 25-35 mcg/kg body weight.

=35 yrs.: 25 mcg/kg body weight daily.
Treatment Of Turner's Syndrome : Adult : 45-50 mcg/kg body weight or 1.4mg/m2 daily.
